I know you all have been at the edge of your seats.
Drum roll….
Tina tumor!!
Woooohooo! She and I are rollin on a river and moving through the moments together.
Otherwise, things have been very real the last week.
Jeremy found out he’ll be losing the job he moved into after losing the guiding job. sigh. Luckily it goes through march, so we have some time.
On a positive note, my boss said that is not official yet, but that they are planning to renew me.
Phew! That is a huge relief, we at least have another few months of groceries lol.
What’s love got to do with it?
Everything. We are taking a step back and trying to decide what we really want with our lives. Staying here, moving, back to school, to welding school, etc. All options are on the table. The world is our oyster cause nothing is holding us anywhere!
Medically, not a lot is happening, thankfully. We went to the meeting with the genetic counselor and had the testing done. I was nervous about what they were going to tell me, so I asked Jeremy to come along. I really liked the lady we met with, and it makes sense they have to do this whole pros and cons thing. Since we don’t have kids, most of it was irrelevant, and I was grateful to have the freedom to tune that part out.
I’ll let you know what they come back with.
I also started the medicine that my ent recommended. It makes sense in that it should help with general inflammation in my body, based on the thing it helps prevent, but is been doing strange things to my body. Primarily, I haven’t slept well on it at all. For five days, I haven’t had a full night sleep. <insert frustration and minimal capacity> The medicine also makes my heart beat funny, or at least feel like it’s not beating normally. I tried switching from taking it at night to the morning, but still no luck. My body is so sensitive to every change and I just needed some sleep so I stopped it on Saturday. I sent him a message, so i will see what he says.
That is our world the last week. We went camping Saturday to Sunday at yet another beautiful place. Though I do have to admit, it’s getting cold now, but we’re still trying to soak up every second that we’re here.
