Coaching
Meeting you where you are.
"Having the humility to admit there is room for improvement and to act on that with self-development is one of the most beautiful aspects of character that a human being can have. It takes a lot of strength to remain malleable and adaptive. Especially when fear and old hurt want you to become hard and rigid, you intentionally choose softness because only through the strength of softness can you change your form."
-Yung Pueblo
If you read my medical journey, I would like to think that it’s clear that I’ve become a fairly resilient person.
I have been broken down to pieces and had to glue myself back together a few times now.
In fact, I can honestly say that heart failure was the best thing that happened to me.
You are probably not there yet, and that is ok. It took me a decade.
Have you recently experienced a loss or diagnosis that:
-
rocked your perspective, tossed you off kilter, and now you feel lost?
-
caused you to question your worth?
-
consumed your life for so long that you forget who you are.
I'm guessing you no longer feel like yourself and have no one to
talk to because no one understands.
Trust me, I've been where you are.
You are not alone. I can help you:
-
Reconnect with your purpose
-
Rediscover joy
-
Restore your confidence
I understand what it feels like to have the ground drop out
from underneath you and I can help you rebuild a solid
foundation.

What is a Coach?
A coach, or at least my style of coaching, is to be whatever someone needs most. For some, I’m a person who can be there to truly hear you, for others, I am a(n):
-
accountability partner,
-
alternative perspective
-
dot connector,
-
cheerleader,
-
nervous system coregulator,
-
a witness to the fear you’ve been holding or the dream you’ve been denying yourself
Everyone deserves to find space for joy. Sometimes it just takes looking in a different direction or a different perspective.
