Surgery update

Hi everyone! Jeremy here.

I just got off the phone with Autumn’s surgeon. She is out and the operation was a success!! 

They removed the mass behind her lung as well as another lymph node and she has been moved into recovery. I should be able to see her in about 2hours.

Thank you all for the support and encouragement today. I’ve never felt alone in all of this and I’m grateful
