Surgery Update (From Jeremy)

I apogize ahead of time for typos as I am shaking with adrenaline!

We are at the halfway point in the surgery. They officially started around 9am pst today with the thoracic surgical team, and they have moved into her chest about 45mins ago

I spoke with the thoracic surgeon after he finished and he said things were “unremarkable.” Music to my ears! He was able to remove everything he wanted to, and without any collateral damage to nerve and vein structures.

The OR nurse texts me with brief updates every hour or so, and says that Autumn is doing well.

I am so grateful for all of the support we are getting from everyone as this is happening. Especially our friend Jen who has been carting us around, supporting us and reminding me to eat since we touched down at LAX.
