Surgery update #2

Autumn has been out of surgery for a few hours, but does not yet have a room in the ICU. I was hoping to actually see her before updating, but it’s getting late and I’ve actually talked with her on the phone a couple times. She is in a good spot to update everyone.

Each aspect of the surgeries were successful, and the last surgeon said “cancer free.” I know that is not a long term guarantee, but holy hell I will take that. She was in good spirits when I talked with her and she sounded great all things considered.

Really hoping we get eyes on her soon, but I think we can all rest confidently in today’s success. I’m very tired and will leave it at that.
