Sweet community, I am so grateful for your support over these [ten!*] years since Stubbornheart was born!* It's been a journey.

And I'm so delighted that the journey will continue on my fancy new platform. Welcome to the first blog post on the new coach-autumn.com!

A lot of people are struggling in the current landscape, for various reasons, and you never know what one video call can do for someone. As I've been meeting with more clients recently, I'm realizing how powerful an outside perspective can be to help someone out of a bad place. We often get so caught up in our current moment crisis that we get boxed in and it's hard to remember that there's a whole world around you.

I don't like to 'promote' myself, AND I'm seeing the value of coaching and the changes that can happen in someone's life. Everyone deserves to have someone in their corner, and I would love to be that for anyone struggling through a life event.
